League Returns after 2 year Absence

The WRL Pepsi Max Cup Series returns to the Console after a two year absence after that controversial fallout with the National Online Racing Championship (NORC) and its Owner Revan Lateralus.  But that is not stopping Windcharger8199 from restarting his league with fresh faces, 3 returning veterans (himself included) and 2 new drivers to NASCAR Game leagues from the Community Based Racing League called TORA (The Online Racing Association).

"I know some people would think that its gonna fail again.  But I know that if the game itself wasn't region locked to US and Canada Residents only then I know people from Britain would sign up and even one of my Australian Teammates over at Allied Forces would sign up." Said Windcharger8199 after announcing his leagues return.

Windcharger had spent the past 2 years racing at SORA (Southern Official Racing Association) which is now shut down and given its DTM League that he runs to the Virtual Racing Federation (VRF).  He has also raced at TORA and UpperEdge and has been itching to find a NASCAR League that is worth his time.  Although he races in 2 other NASCAR Leagues, things haven't been as smooth sailing as he would have liked even though he won in his first start in the Hutch Racing League.

"I know Porter (Windcharger) has been trying hard for years to get his series to gain exposure and drivers, and it does put a lot of stress on him, but this is something he loves to do and I really hope it succeeds." said Nick Hemlepp one of Windcharger's friends off the race track.  "After all the (Explicative) he's been through he deserves to have his league succeed."

Is he worried about the NORC drivers trying to discredit him, no not really he says, as they do not have anything on the experience that he has gained from UpperEdge and the popularity and reputation he has rebuilt with the help of UpperEdge, TORA and Allied Forces.  Although he still says that he would not allow 95% of Current or Former NORC Drivers in his leagues after all the crap they have put him through and still try to not let him live down.

"They suspended me, attacked me on Facebook and blatantly bullied me because Revan was one who plaid favorites.  I was targeted by another driver and when I had words with him after a F1 2011 League Race I was suspended and blocked.  They even attack me in OMTT on Facebook and it quite frankly has gotten old.  I am over it and they need to move on and stop acting like little spoiled children."  Windcharger stated.  "Its sad when a group of people have to bully someone else, make them feel bad just to pump up their egos.   And for a league that strives on fairness, I have not seen it since I have been suspended.  You also know its bad when the league owner forces off Assist in F1 2013 just because he can run without them when most people cant.  NASCAR I can understand because the handling is pretty solid and Traction Control is not an issue with the games that Eutechnyx has put out.  But Codemasters does a better job at making their games that running an F1 Car with No TCS or Stability control is virtually impossible for most people.  But I guess hes just frustrated that he hasn't won a NASCAR Series Championship yet that he has to make it harder on people just so he can win championships in other series."

Even with those strong remarks, Windcharger doesn't think that starting his races 2 hours prior to the NORC's First NASCAR Series timeslot on Friday nights would be a problem as he expects the series to grow as the seasons go on.  Maybe slowly at first, but he would love to see multiple lobbies in season 3.
